Spider-Man has a Bugle assignment at Indian Point Power Station where he comes across SHIELD agents and Captain America, who warns him off. They tussle, but Spidey soon departs. Cap continues his mission to track down Barry Starr. Cap breaks into the plant, finds the boy, and the kidnapper, Electro, who zaps him. Spidey arrives and he and Cap fell Electro, who grabs Barry as a hostage. However, when Cap informs Electro that Barry has the plague, the now-ill villain tosses the kid aside and hooks himself to the plant’s main generator to burn the bacteria out of his system. The station explodes with Cap, Spidey and Barry escaping just in time. Dum Dum Dugan and SHIELD inoculate Spidey and begin the cleanup.
