In Transia, a doctor restores Quicksilver’s and Scarlet Witch’s powers. Natasha Romanova infiltrates a membership drive by supremacist hate group, the Sons of the Serpent, and decides to oppose them to prove her loyalty to Hawkeye. After the Serpents attack Foster, an African American, the Avengers resolve to stop the Serpents. Cap gathers intelligence about the group from SHIELD. After staging an attack on Gen. Chen, a visitor to the UN, the Serpents capture Cap and hold him hostage to force the Avengers to join them. Goliath pretends to side with the Serpents.
