Ms. Marvel, Protector, Hawkeye and Spider-Woman return to New York to respond to the destruction of Avengers Tower as Sin's Blitzkrieg armor terrorizes the neighborhood. They stop for a moment to formulate a plan, but Sin emerges on the scene, and Hawkeye can't help but impulsively fire an arrow through her neck. This stirs her to action against them, so Ms. Marvel takes her head on, but is unable to take her out. Sin uses a force blast from her hammer to shoot Carol far away. Soon, the Luke Cage's New Avengers are on the scene to help Hawkeye and the remaining team. Protector uses his time to tap into the Tower's mainframe and revive Tony Stark's armor stash, turning dozens of suits of Iron Man armors against Sin. He also figures out a way to disable the Blitzkrieg armor. Soon, Sin is all alone and surrounded by Avengers, but she taps the ground with her hammer, creating a huge force bubble and uses Heimdall's observatory to teleport away.
