Spidey follows the carnage left by Juggernaut, tracking him to a construction demolition site. Their fi ght levels what remains of the building and buries both under a pile of rubble. Spidey digs out to discover the Juggernaut has already walked away. Word of the battle reaches the Bugle where Robbie puts a trio of reporters on the story. Lance Bannon shows up in the newsroom with girlfriend Amy Powell, whom he apparently dumps. On the Hudson River, Black Tom awaits the Juggernaut’s return. Meanwhile, Spidey rams Juggernaut with a tanker truck full of fuel causing a massive explosion. Juggernaut strides out of the inferno unharmed. Desperate, Spidey leaps onto Juggernaut and attempts to remove his helmet. Distracted, Juggernaut stumbles into wet cement and sinks 40 feet to the bottom of the concrete. Peter sells Juggernaut photos to Robbie, then rushes to the Hospital to check on Madame Web, but she has apparently lost her memory. Black Tom waits, in vain, for Juggernaut to emerge.
