Mary Jane imagines starring in “The Mary Jane Watson Story” on Broadway but then conjures up her sister Gayle and sons Tommy and Kevin which brings on guilt and snaps her out of it. Spidey imagines saving a grateful JJJ who kisses his feet. The photo of the kissing wins a Pulitzer. Dr. Sloan gives Pete an automatic doctorate for a formula that cures everything including Nathan Lubensky’s legs. The Mayor gives Spidey the key to the city and the FF and Avengers laud him, until they all realize he’s just a skinny kid. Snapping out of it, Spidey rescues a studious skinny kid from bullies. The kid daydreams that he is the Amazing Spider-Man.
