The Avengers attend a SHIELD testing of Dr. MacLain’s latest invention, the new metal Adamantium. While each Avenger unsuccessfully tests their strength against the metal, the Vision disappears, having received a subconscious summons. The others return to Avengers Mansion, with Yellowjacket beginning to doubt missing android’s loyalty. The Vision meanwhile steals the Adamantium cylinder from the SHIELD Helicarrier. Soon informed of the theft, the Avengers are confronted in turn by the Vision, who quickly defeats each of them. The Vision then reveals how he used the Adamantium: Ultron appears at the mansion, having been rebuilt with the rare metal, and now calling himself “Ultron-6”.
