As the Skrulls absorb the news that they can no longer change their forms, General Zedrao asks the Avengers to leave before their presence triggers a mutiny, but thanks them for their aid against Nebula. During the trip home, Starfox announces that he is not returning to Earth, instead intending to hunt down Nebula with Firelord’s assistance, and ascertain if she is Thanos’ granddaughter. Back on Earth Captain Marvel races to New Orleans to assure her family that she’s all right. At Avengers Mansion, Jarvis tells the Avengers about the Beyonder’s visit and they learn the FAA is revoking their clearance to launch Quinjets from the Mansion. When Cap and the Wasp confront the FAA’s unreceptive Mr. Fenton in Washington over this, the Beyonder suddenly appears and taunts the Avengers to catch him; when, to his surprise, Wasp does, he disappears. At Project: PEGASUS, the Black Knight and Hercules try to enlist the agency’s aid locating the Beyonder, but their quarry appears before them; Hercules is quickly shrugged off while the Beyonder allows himself to be impaled on Black Knight’s sword, to no effect. As the Avengers compare notes at the mansion, the Beyonder suddenly reappears and they attack him, but he finally reveals that he only wanted to give them a challenge. The Wasp offers to make him an Avenger-in-training; the Beyonder ultimately declines, but repairs all the damage his fight at the mansion created.
