Wandering the city lost in his thoughts as he worries over the Scarlet Witch’s health, the Vision unintentionally solidifies in front of an oncoming milk truck, causing it to crash. As the truck driver angrily confronts the Vision, the police arrive and haul both of them to the local police headquarters. By chance Whirlwind is incarcerated in one of the station’s cells, and uses an explosive device to escape while Vision is there. He easily defeats the police, but finds Vision immune to his attacks; Whirlwind tries to flee, but Vision swiftly overpowers him, earning the police officer’s thanks. However, the truck driver remains unimpressed, still angry over his milk truck; stating he has wasted enough of his time, the Vision tells the driver to call Tony Stark for a replacement truck, before flying off to rejoin the Avengers.
