The Fly is already at the museum, but to steal the Art of Dresden. The man who rented May’s house tears it apart looking for something. At the Met, Spidey jumps the Fly but he gets away. Peter heads home. Betty shows up, but so does Ned, who finds Betty in Pete’s arms and punches Pete. Fed up, Spidey later beats up criminals looking for the Fly. He fi nds him already defeated by the police using a special SHIELD gun and rages that he missed his chance. At Restwell, Dr. Rinehart fi nds the man from the Parker house in his office. He is the Burglar who killed Ben Parker, and now he wants to kill May too.

The Fly tosses Spidey and JJJ off a building. JJJ reaches for the unconscious Spidey’s mask (ASM #192, ’79).

Peter is hired as a Globe photographer and helps the Human Torch capture the Monocle in FF #207 ’79. Sandy Jones’ last name revealed in ASM Ann #13, ’79. Henry named in ASM #195, ’79.
