Thor and Hela clash, her sword against his hammer. All along, Thor demands to know how she is doing this and where he finds himself. She refuses to answer, letting her sword do the talking. As Thor's lightning crashes across the sky, Tony tells the ogres surrounding him that they picked the wrong side with Fafnir, and that their "Lord Thor" will be displeased if they don't change sides. Fafnir is incensed at Tony's verbal games but the ogres do indeed turn against him, telling him to release Tony or face the wrath of Thor. Fafnir kills many of them but when he turns his attention back to Tony, he finds him gone, released by an ogre who Fafnir quickly slats. Fafnir gives chase, Tony naked and on horseback. Tony loses his horse and has to race through the trees as Fafnir knocks them aside like twigs. To the rescue comes Steve Rogers, leaping off the back of his horse and stunning Fafnir, forcing his transformation back to human form. After scaring off a group of ogres, Tony dons his Iron Man armor and they make their way towards the lightning. Meanwhile, Hela pounds away at Thor, somehow overwhelming him with force while the Enchantress watches. Steve and Tony arrive at the source of the lightning, an area that reminds Tony somehow of Asgard. He brings up the possibility that they have travelled back in time. But soon their attention is focused on Thor, whom they find lying unconscious in rubble. They manage to lift him up on the horse and carry him to the elven village where Mageth tends to his health. He stirs but lashes out at Mageth, thinking her an evil elf who lies about them being in Jotunheim. Steve gets Thor to calm down, and then the god of thunder describes how Hela had defeated him with an unknown surge of awesome power, all while the Enchantress watched. But Amora, at the last minute, fought against Hela, for a reason Thor couldn't figure out, saving his life. Now, he fears they are all living in the realm of the dead.
