Spidey makes out with Felicia in her hospital room, leaving when her nurse enters. Peter goes to ESU to begin the long, arduous task of dropping out of graduate school. He chats with Dr. Sloan about his decision and spends hours waiting on one line after another getting his forms filled out. Finally cornering the elusive and apathetic Dean Krenshaw, he webs his offi ce door shut so other students can get their forms signed. Meanwhile, Harry Osborn discovers his office has been burglarized. When Spidey learns of this, he goes to Captain DeWollf’s offi ce and hears of a robbery and gunfi ght at an Osborn warehouse. There he captures all of the thieves, except for Lefty Donovan who reports back to the still injured Hobgoblin at his Long Island hideout, even as the captured crooks give Lefty’s name to the police. However, the Hobgoblin has accomplished his aim. The various Osborn thefts have provided him with the chemicals needed to replicate the Green Goblin’s strength.
