  • A hearing is held at Avengers Mansion, with Captain America accusing Yellowjacket of endangering civilians and his fellow Avengers. A court-martial is scheduled for three days later. Sneaking into the locked chambers, she finds Hank has spent the time building a giant robot named “Salvation 1” to attack the Avengers. Now in a delusional state, he plans on have the robot attack and defeat the others, before he then strikes its secret weak spot, proving him a hero. When Jan tries to talk him out of it, he strikes her, forcing her to comply with his scheme. Arriving at Avengers Mansion, the court-martial begins, with Yellowjacket accusing Captain America of besmirching his actions because of his attraction for the Elfqueen. When the other Avengers notice Jan’s swollen eye, Yellowjacket summons “Sal”, but is wounded in the fl urry of the attack, leaving him unable to strike the robot’s weak spot. Instead, Jan defeats the robot. A dejected Yellowjacket leaves the team, and Jan ponders that she has no more tears to cry.
