Arriving at St. Anthony’s hospital, the Avengers meet Tigra, who explains that Jessica Drew is in a strange near-death state. The Wasp calls in Dr. Strange and her ex-husband Henry Pym. On the Astral Plane, Jessica and Magnus decide to attempt to reunite Jessica with her body. Back in the hospital, the heroes again witness Jessica’s astral spirit, but when the spirit tries to enter her body, her spirit and the Avengers are struck by an energy blast. Back on the Astral Plane, Morgan Le Fay has knocked Magnus unconscious and is attempting to claim Jessica’s body for herself.
Spider-Woman and other abductees defeat Locksmith & Tick-Tock. They then meet back at Lindsay McCabe’s house for a party. Magnus takes Spider-Woman’s astral projection form back in time, where she fi ghts and slays Morgan Le Fay. Magnus and Spider- Woman return to the present to fi nd her own body seemingly dead (SW #50, ’83). The partygoers suddenly discover they have no memory of each other. Some fl ee, while others discover Jessica Drew’s body in the backyard, restoring their memories. After rushing her to the hospital, the Shroud, Tigra, and Mickey Silk each have separate encounters with a ghostly apparition of Jessica.
