A troubled Sersi confides in a concerned Jarvis, telling him about the terrifying nightmares she has been having. When she shows Jarvis mental images from these dreams, Jarvis helps her refine and clarify the images, which turn out to be scenes of Proctor attacking Sersi’s recently slain lover, though Sersi no longer seems to remember who the lover is, and doesn’t recognize Proctor. Jarvis doesn’t recognize the two men either, and he offers to fix Sersi some warm milk, advising her not to worry since dreams are harmless.
